Out of suffering have emerged the strongest souls

''Out of suffering have emerged the strongest souls; the most massive characters are seared with scars.'' — Kahlil Gibran

The thing about challenging times is that when you recover you  are  sooooooo  much better like 1000, no wait a billion times better. It's like you went in a mere coal and after extreme exposure to heat and pressure you came out a diamond.Well it pretty much is that. Except using broken people and coming out complete functioning members of society.

The art of introspection which is something we develop  going through the challenges in life or some of us are naturally inclined introspective people is  ultimately the key to happiness. Think about it! Without being able to adequately process our emotions we are basically useless. We won't be able to function as complete individuals in society  and the inability to do so is what will cause us to fall out with friends or loved ones or  prevent us from making any new lasting and meaningful bonds. How can you make human connections when you are not acting as a human should?

When we allow ourselves to ride the waves of the emotions we are experiencing, but not to succumb to their wrath, when allow ourselves to just be and allow life to take its natural course great things will happen. When we allow the divine, God , and the universe to speak through us, truly getting to the core of our being, understanding the reason for our existence and who we are. That is when we become limitless!
