This is old news, that worrying is just bad for you. It tangles you in a spidery web of negativity and the longer you do it the harder it is to untangle yourself. Why must you torment yourself with such thoughts and feelings leading most often to physical symptoms such as nausea,vomiting,panic attacks etc.

The best way to rid yourself of the worrying bug is to:

  • Remain positive and keep a gratitude journal
  • Be proactive 
  • Delay your negative feelings and thoughts and re-schedule it for later when you have down-time and can analyse it thoroughly.
  • Get your facts right ...what are the odds of that happening?.......and even if it did what is the worst that could happen?
  • Practise meditation 
  • Realise that some things are beyond your realm of control.
  • Don't let the little things get to you ...let them go.
  • Take it one day at a time.
