You should not feel the need to search through their facebook page, phones, pockets and what not to feel validated. Once you even have the slightest urge to carry out any of these tasks you already know your relationship is headed for turmoil.
And no honey, I don't care how long or how much you love your boo you are not entitled to their undying and constant affections. You need to allow them the opportunity to surrender their affections to you instead of holding them up at gun point. In doing so you do not juice out all of your partner's energy. Because let's face it ain't nobody got time for that! Having love in your life should be a source of inspiration to carry out your life's work.
