Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to understand ourselves.

Perplexed huh? Why is that dude so annoying?

When it boils down to it, the parts of us within ourselves are reflected in the people we interact with. What most of us fail to realise is this -what bothers us most about others is something, more often than not, we do without even being completely aware of it.
When you notice someone do something and it evokes a negative emotion inside of you this means they are reflecting something inside you which is similar. Whatever it may be it is a belief that you have formed at the subconscious level and you must acknowledge that particular characteristic. But do not let it determine who you are at the core of your being. To grow as individuals we must explore that characteristic that we dislike about others and choose whether we keep it or not. Become more aware of when you do those things you dislike so much in others. Ask yourself whether this characteristic is serving you in anyway. If that characteristic draws negative energy from others when you express it then you must accept that though it is a part of you it is not all of who you are -and let it go.
