The best way to rid yourself of the worrying bug is to:
- Remain positive and keep a gratitude journal
- Be proactive
- Delay your negative feelings and thoughts and re-schedule it for later when you have down-time and can analyse it thoroughly.
- Get your facts right ...what are the odds of that happening?.......and even if it did what is the worst that could happen?
- Practise meditation
- Realise that some things are beyond your realm of control.
- Don't let the little things get to you ...let them go.
- Take it one day at a time.
